I cannot get into share file site. I was made to change my password and then I could not enter ShareFile. I do not know why I was made to change my password. I would like to get back into the sharefile site to be able to download my invoices and PODs. I do not get emails from eShipping because we have loads of protections on our email server, only established emails come through.
